Day 6: Empty

I haven't kept up on this like I wanted to, because I got stuck on this day. Empty? There is not much in my life right now that is empty. I miss my family, but wasn't about to put up a picture of that..
My fridge, closet, heart, head, coffee cup, list of good friends, and tooth paste tube are all pretty full right now. So this is the only thing that I came across.
Mind you, I'm not bemoaning the fact that I rarely get real mail. Really.

Day 5: On the Floor

Something has happened since I moved in with a bunch of girls from work. It's weird and no one at home is going to believe me, but I have gotten so much better at cleaning. See that floor in my closet? nothing on it. And it's been like that for over a week.
On a side note, this having a walk-in closet and dishwasher is really spoiling me.

Day 4: Fun

Yes, I survived the heat. Despite wearing coat, black pants, and  black hat. Despite the fact that my station was in front of a monster grill- that was on. My second favorite holiday came to a lovely close as the above picture happened. In spite of the crazy weather I really had a great day.

Day 3: Best Part of the Day

There were many good parts to today, but the best was my friend buying me a Caramel-Fudge-Sundae-Thing when I visited her at work.
I gobbled most of it down in my car before I headed to work, but as I took a corner it tipped and spilled a teeny tiny bit.
And I was reminded of that episode of Magic School Bus where the mechanic is eating a PB&J sandwich,  and sets it down inside the hood, causing all sorts of problems.  I remember thinking that if PB&J sandwiches looked and tasted that good in real life then maybe I would like them. Hopefully my lovely new car wont have an issue with food, or it will be a bit of a strained relationship for us...

Day 2: Busy

So. I found it funny that "busy" fell on my one day off during the week. The day that I let everything slide and just veg. The above picture is the only one I ended up taking. I didn't realize that or I would have tried to get a better shot..you get the general idea of how my morning was spent, though.

Day 1: Morning

The window sill at my apartment by work. The succulent is from a floral arrangement that we got to take home after one of the first weddings this season.
